The experience

MY KULEANA

"I attended NAPALI in June 2005, and it was a transformational leadership experience for me.  I learned about Servant Leadership and how to embrace my Hawaiian cultural background to be a better leader.  Honestly, I am in a leadership position today because of this program.  Prior to NAPALI, I considered myself a reluctant leader.  Now I know it's my kuleana.  I believe in this program so much that I've been serving on its board of directors since 2016."
